Webasto provides domain security monitoring, threat intelligence, and takedown services as described on our website. Service levels depend on your subscription tier.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate information, and ensuring authorized use of the platform.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for illegal purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to interfere with our systems or other users.
Intellectual Property
Webasto retains all rights to our platform, software, and content. You retain rights to your data.
Limitation of Liability
Webasto liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for terms violations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in Rotterdam courts.
